A sports physical, or pre-participation physical examination (PPE), assesses whether a child or adult is fit to safely engage in sports. Sports physicals can be crucial in catching underlying conditions before an athlete participates in sports and an injury occurs. All CSAA athletes can receive a sports physical from Aptiva Health for just $25.
Concussion Baseline Testing with ImPACT
Aptiva Health is a certified ImPACT consultation testing center. Our experts have the training, knowledge, and experience that come with completing the credentialed ImPACT consultant program. Our experts will use ImPACT, among other tests and examinations, to identify each athlete’s unique concussion symptoms and deficits and match them to the appropriate treatments. All CSAA athletes can receive a Concussion Baseline Test from Aptiva Health for just $10.
A concussion, a mild form of traumatic brain injury (TBI), alters brain function without visible changes on neuroimaging, causing symptoms that vary widely. Accurate diagnosis and treatment require specialist care for faster recovery. Aptiva Health provides immediate appointments for suspected concussions, offering evaluation, diagnosis, and referrals through our General Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Physical Therapy departments.

Aptiva Health’s Immediate Injury Care clinics allow patients to walk-in for a wide range of injuries to be seen immediately. From lacerations to broken bones and sprains and strains, our urgent injury care clinics allow patients direct access to the highest level of injury care on a walk-in basis.
